Building an order fulfillment / inventory app for the Mac Tools Franchisee owners
Aside from having a large e-commerce side of business, Mac Tools also has a network of franchisee owners that help build the brand from their own businesses. The persistent problem these franchisee owners face is the lack of Mac Tools platform app capabilities that help them track and sell and of course worked when they needed it above all.
Mac Tools app was lacking and undesired by the franchisee owners. So we came in to do an over-haul from giving then updated technology to added experiences that helped them drive business and above all, make their lives easier.

Mac Tools wanted to get their shareholders excited about their new e-commerce platform that would be unveiled at the 2022 Tools Expo. They also wanted to showcase the app’s new look with updated features that has been requested by the franchisee owners.
